Diane Kidman is a Cardiac Nurse Specialist who has worked locally in nursing for over 45 years.
Diane started her career at Coxheath in 1974 before joining the Pembury School of Nursing in 1976 and gaining state registration in 1980. After qualifying she worked between the old Pembury and Kent and Sussex Hospitals gaining very broad experience in medicine, surgery, intensive care and A&E.
Diane was appointed to lead the local cardiac rehabilitation service in 1997 and she is very proud of having developed this into one of the best services in the country with excellent feedback both locally and nationally from individuals and in regulated audits.
Diane retired from full-time work in 2018 and now works part-time leading audit within the cardiac rehabilitation team at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.
In her spare time Diane enjoys walking, gardening, cooking and spending tie with her family.
